In 2011, Lash Artisan began with one focus: becoming better at the craft and creating an experience clients wanted to come back to. Before the products, education and business resources, there were years of appointments, real clients, real mistakes and real lessons.
That time behind the chair became the foundation for everything Lash Artisan would eventually become.

MICHELLE BONG
I spent years behind the chair before I ever thought about teaching someone else how to run their business. I learned through clients, slow seasons, growth, mistakes, building a team and figuring out what actually makes a studio work.
Lash Artisan grew because I kept asking the same question: what would make this easier, clearer or better for the artist?
That question still guides what we create today.
