What causes poor lash retention?
Start by checking the full service.
Was the natural lash completely clean?
Did you create enough attachment?
Did your adhesive match your working speed?
Was your lash room within the recommended temperature and humidity for your adhesive?
Did you use an appropriate amount of adhesive?
All of these can affect lash extension retention.
Look at what actually fell out
This gives you an important clue.
If the extension falls off without the natural lash attached, investigate your attachment, adhesive and application.
If the natural lash is still attached to the extension, natural shedding may be part of what you are seeing.

Do not change five things at once.
Record your adhesive, temperature, humidity and client feedback. Change one thing at a time.
