How Do I Get Lash Clients to Rebook?

You finish the appointment, your client loves their lashes, they pay, and then you say, “Would you like to rebook?”

They say, “I'll check my schedule.”

And that's where the conversation ends.

One of the biggest changes we made in our studio was treating rebooking as part of the service rather than something we hoped the client would do later.

Your client may not know when they should return. That's where your professional recommendation comes in.

Instead of asking a closed question, guide the conversation.

“Based on your lashes, I'd like to see you again in about three weeks. Let's look at what we have available around that time.”

Now you're helping them maintain their results rather than simply asking whether they want to spend more money.

Try this in your studio this week. Before every client checks out, recommend when you would like to see them again and move directly into finding an appointment.

Keep it natural. Keep it helpful. Most importantly, make it consistent.

Rebooking works best when it becomes a system rather than something you remember to mention when you're not running behind.

Want the complete system? Our Lash Artisan Studio Files share the processes we use inside our own studio to improve rebooking, retention, communication, and the overall client journey.
