Getting an extension to stick and creating the attachment you intended are not always the same thing.

Pay attention to how the extension meets the natural lash. Is there enough clean contact? Is the base sitting where you intended? Did you complete the placement while your adhesive was still workable?
This is especially important when using faster adhesives. If your adhesive is progressing faster than your movement from dip to placement, your working window may be shorter than you think.

Look at attachment, direction, distance, consistency, and anything that appears different from one extension to another.
You may see details in a photograph that were difficult to notice while concentrating on the service.
Do Not Automatically Change Adhesive
If retention becomes inconsistent, inspect your application before assuming you need a stronger or faster glue.
A new adhesive cannot correct an attachment problem you have not identified.
